EMU Law Faculty Symposium on Commercial Law

Organised by Eastern Mediterranean University Law Faculty, a symposium entitled "Reflections on Commercial Law Together with Other Fields of Law" is taking place at EMU Prof. Dr. Mehmet Tahiroğlu Hall between 15 and 16 May 2014.

The symposium which will commence at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, 15 May 2014 will host a session entitled "Interest" under the chairmanship of EMU Law Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Aynur Yongalık and with the participation of Ankara University Law Faculty academic staff member Prof. Dr. Şebnem Akipek Öcal and Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences academic staff member Assist. Prof. Dr. Hülya Coştan.

The symposium which will host five sessions with the participation of academicians from various universities of Turkey as well as EMU Law Faculty will host sessions some of which are entitled "Unfair Competition", "Commercial Sale and Product Exchange", "Transfer of a Commercial Business", "Capital Debts in Public Incorporated Companies" and "Crimes Specified in Turkish Trade Act".
